Dr. Buglione is accessible to clients throughout the New York Metropolitan area. Located in lower Westchester County, the Scarsdale office may be reached from the Bronx River Parkway, Sprain Parkway, Hutchinson River Parkway and Metro North Railway (Harlem Line). The office is one block from the Scarsdale Station and 35 minutes by express train from Grand Central Station in Manhattan.

Daytime appointment times are available Monday through Saturday. Evening hours are on Tuesday and Wednesday nights until 10 p.m.
